How long will it take to process my order?
We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible - please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.
What about shipping?
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
We support our local Post Office and ship by Royal Mail as a 2nd class signed for parcels as standard, which takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.

UK orders over £30 are shipped for free.
How can I get a refund?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if there's something wrong with my item?
On the rare occasion there is a problem with an item, don't worry, Conker is here to help.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a
manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that
items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be
faulty. A snapped chain is not a manufacturing fault.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only
replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where
possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Please send photos of the fault via email to email@example.com
stating the problem and your online order details. If the item was purchased in
the shop please bring your receipt with you.
